Order Processing & Fulfillment Timeline

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. If incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping details are submitted, order processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

ManForceX is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, delivery disruptions, or lost or stolen packages, including those related to USPS or UPS service guarantees. International shipments generally arrive within 4–6 weeks, though customs processing may occasionally extend delivery to 8–12 weeks.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a refund after shipment, customers must refuse delivery or return the package using a tracked shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Changes to the shipping address cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivered but Not Received Claims

If shipment tracking confirms successful delivery, ManForceX cannot issue a refund. In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refund Policy

All return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, customers must return all bottles, including empty, partially used, bonus, or promotional items, along with complete order information.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned items are received and verified, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Important: All return shipments must be sent via USPS and include a valid tracking number.
